Yoga for Healthy Backs with Anne O’Brien
Do you have a stiff back...tight shoulders...chronic back discomfort?
Please join these therapeutic yoga classes specifically designed to encourage building strength & flexibility in the back and relieve tension in the shoulders and neck.
Learn postures that you can then do at home to keep your back supple, strong and pain free.
All levels are welcome. You may attend 1, 2 or all 3 classes as each class will be different but reinforce ideas and practices from the preceding classes.
